Guest guest
you know, I've done quite a bit of research on trying to understand this illness. it wasn't untol it really soaked in that molds use their toxins the same way, for basicly the same reasons in our body that that do in any other environment that I gained a better understanding of possable theories for treatments. molds produce mycotoxins to kill off intruders and to prepare their bed for what they do best, " decompose " . I cant navagate at Dr. Shoemakers site because of my light sensitivity, ect. however I've got a pretty good understanding of how much of this illness is related to brain disfunctions and how the brain functions controls many body functions. I also am probably a good example of severe exposure not just to several toxic molds in high amounts but also high moisture problems involved and very possably bacteria's and on top of that possable off gassing of several chemicals because of the remodeling done to the home prior to purchase. I may be colonized but maybe not, seems that with colonization you would constantly be fight fungal infections vs. flare ups of candidia a. (that I have been tested possitive for)and other fungal infections. I understand that yeast can change forms in the body from yeast to mold to produce it's toxins and back to yeast and if your colonized this is whats going on. however it seems that if your ridding the body of the toxins, that would hinder the process of the colonization process of basicly growing. on the other hand, even if your not colonized you are (some places worse than others) constantly getting more insults (at lower doses) and for some who have suffered organ damage this is a constant battle mostly with the lungs and sinuses but also can be the stomach and right on to other organs and that includes the brain from a few different routes. however I cant tell you the difference in what may be fungal or bacterial or maybe some times just a irritant of some kind that with the damages tissues, ect. for example: in my sinuses that can cause a infection to start there. I can tell you that I can tell when a infection is starting and I can tell you that with the damage I have there it doesn't take long for that infection to go into my brain area and cause a very bad migrane and pressure to my eyes, ect. this starts in my sinuses so this is the one place (and for me, my worst place) that I deal with infections. inflamation and infection are not the same thing and it may be kindof hard to seperate some of the symptoms but I've come to believe that my problem is mostly inflamation except the sinus infections and when those accure I do experience a glogging up felling up in there and it is a thick mostly white maybe sometimes more yellowish(cant see that well) fluid, but thick enough it doesn't run it just clogs my sinuses. I learned that the faster I can get that out of my sinuses the less chance of it getting into my brain and cause severe frontal headackes. this is not a cure for mycotoxin or chemical hits that go straight to my head, only for particles that are bigger and get stuck in the sinuses. I still dont know if it's really possable to have a bacterial infection inside the body with this mycotoxic illness. while they may have been in the environment were I was exposed and were at battle with the mycotoxins in my body and contributed to my damage, I either have not had a cold sence this happened to me or if I have it now manifests in a unreconizable way and is nothing like I remember haveing a cold as being like. ?? sometimes I have felt like I was on the verge of getting a cold, as I remember them, but it goes away. and I got to thinking about this, how many times I thought I had a kidney infection but tests was negitive. so was this inflamation? same with stomach, bowel, bladder, ect. ?? spinal?? if I would have had a spinal tap would a infection have been found or was it unflamation. I'm sure theres probably some bacterias, viruses that could cohabitate with molds/myco's and chemical toxins,so I'm not saying thats not possable. but toxins are not infectious but would cause inflamation and if you take away the fungal toxins I dont think fungal infection would be possable. humm, inflamation in the brain. something to think about. so maybe I dont really need antifungals after all. inflamation vs. infection http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Inflamation http://www.uic.edu/com/eye/LearningAboutVision/EyeFacts/Uveitis.shtml http://science.kennesaw.edu/~bodavis/Lect6.HTM
