Guest guest
about smoking and the toxic body load there are about 2 months+- out of the year that I am free of reaccureing infections. from the time in winter that there is a good layer of snow on the ground and the air stays damp enough to keep particles weighed down to the ground, into late spring when it has rained and started drying out or if the rain continues to the point that the air becomes moldy smelling. I have also noticed that inflamation goes along with my toxic body load that is tottally sererate from emmedite infections I can get from some exposures. for those 2 months I dont suffer the inflamation or the swelling that goes with it. when my total toxic body load gets to a certain level I try to have a fever and eventually end up in bed sweating it out. this is a continuious circle throughout the year dependent on exposures, weather, ect. except for those few months. it's very easy for those who don't smoke to believe they are the root of all evil. we have been brain washed to believe what ever we hear. funny that cigar smokeing has never got the same rap as cigerettes yet here I'm am saying that according to my reactions from just a whiff of cigar in the air and the brain reaction and what I would call is a instant foriegn invader attack on my blood vessels, I just have to believe that cigars are way more toxic than cigerettes. I have even wondered if theres a possable link between cigars and alztimers as I know of a few life long cigar smokers that have ended up with this disease. there is so much we dont know, I've read a few articles where certain chemicals were thought to conteract with others, theres many products, foods, ect. that contain mycotoxins, theres familys of chemicals and if your reactive to one you would be reactive to others in that family. dose matters, some chemical may hit and run like some mycotoxins and may leave your body quicker. people everywhere are exposured every day and dont get this illness even people with liver problems. not long ago there was a article about a man who had extencive testing to see what all chemicals were in his system and was schocked by what was found. he wasn't sick. yet anyway, I'm sure it plays a role in our health sooner or later. some people smoke like haystacks and live to be quite old, some who never smoke have supposedly died from lung cancer . a misdiagnoses? maybe. masked? maybe so, if that means I quit and become hyper reactive to ultra lights, maybe I don't need anymore things on my unmasked list to be reactive to. if you mean use to a smell and dont really smell it, theres so many things that normal people do this with and look at me like I'm nuts because I do smell it and it's causeing me a reaction, it grows a little old tring to express your need for their advoidance to help you to spend some quality time with them and what the majority of the public doesn't reconize as being harnful vauses me much pain. as I said before, there no way to elimanated toxin/chemical exposure and it is all about dose and the chemical itself. I also have noticed that some things that are just irritants can bother me and cause infection flare up's. snokeing doesn't cause my a lung infection but many times just stepping outside for a few minutes does. when tocins are gone from our food, ground, water and air, let me know and if I haven't quit smokeing yet on my own free will (and I say that because some of those med's,ect. thats supposed to help you quit are more toxic than the cigerettes may be) than I will surely quit. ps. when beer gets reconized as the killer it is and becomes illegal let me know cause I really detest even the smell of it not me mention the effects I get just from the smell, I can almost see the mycotoxins in the fizz when the top comes off. that reminds me, what a strange time for anhauser busch in st. louis to sell it's long time business to germany. hope those 7000+ yeast samples they have stored are took food care of. just hit me strange that this and another news blurp about phillip morris claims about menthol not being addictive and manipilating amounts in cigerettes towards first time smokers and something about new ad's to intice them, didn't catch it all ,all within days of each other. not long ago I read a news article about how phillip morris does some major money giving for many scientific studies but in order to get that money they have to sign a contract allowinf phillup moeeis to give the ok on wearher the results of any study can be realeased or not. thought that was very interesting.
