If no one has, I will go ahead with Zaroxolyn for hypertension as the pt does have hypertension (flagged of course). Just wanted to check as I hate blanks as much as I hate my blond hair....hehe, just kidd'n, I'm a redhead (Clariol that is!) Guest guest
Listing of meds ... (s/l) Co-pran-a-lol ) 20 mg b.i.d., Lasix 40 mg daily, Xanax 0.25 mg t.i.d., (s/l ca-lo - with a hard " c " ) 10 mg daily and vitamins. Here is a little history on the pt ... Pt underwent a transanal excision of a rectal tumor as well as a right hemicolectomy and repair of an umbilical hernia. Pathology revealed a signet-ring cell carcinoma of the colon with metastasis to one of 17 regional lymph nodes. It measured 11 cm in greatest dimension and extended through the muscularis propria, focally involving the serosal surface. My questions are re: the meds (just thought some background *may* help!). TIA, shelley w.
