I think I'll try this. I already have two box fans but didn't know I

could get filters that are 20 x 20.

Jeanine, do I need to cut a hole where back of motor is? Do you use a

deep pleated filter or do I need to stick with the 1 inch kind.

which ever you want to use Barb, no you dont have to cut a hole, just

dont like it get so full that the motor gets to hot. hope it helps you.

Jeanine, you use filter fabric that is flat rather than 'v'?? So

something like Filtrete fabric or WEBB filter? I'll have to look

around. I thought you meant a filter like you would put in a furnace.

sorry Barb, I did mean the furnace type, cardboard square, but not the

pleated v type.
