went to court last night

and my x landlord had his insurance adjuster with him. i am so ill

and so tired and have no proof that their was toxic mold in the home -

just htat their was mold. of course i have proof that its in my blood

work - that doesnt seam to matter.

they delayed the trial again, the insurance agent wants proof of what

i lost - photos and reciepts and they had called me before about this

but i explained i could not touch those papers nor did i have the

energy to stand by a photo copy machine. i had no idea they would

show up in court.

then to make matters worse, they still oue me a 1200 security

deposit, and we have to go back to court to get that. the insuraance

agent said they were counter suing for 2500 in damages to the

apartment! the apartment was in great condition when we left. he

would not do a walk through with us so we have no idea why he is suing

us.

in the mean time my health is awful, i have lost 20lbs since all of

this started and my doctor is at his wits ends.

i called a lawyer today and they said without proof of the stochy

being in the home he couldnt help me and because i wasnt dropping dead

i guess. they did testing with swabs.

i have a piece of the sheet rock that is covered in mold from where

her bathroom was leaking for 2 years.

its beem om a zip lock bag for 4 months now. do you think if i did a

tape test and sent it out that it might come back with something or is

it just to old.

i also think the stachy was in my bed room - i had plastic on the

window and whem i pulled off i got all this black tiny dust like

stuff. it made me choke and have an immediate allergy attack. i

havent been the same since that day. but i just thought it was dirt.

i dont know if i write the wrong stuff to this group or what but

please someone let me know what you think. i am seriously depressed

right now. i dont feel well. i cant believe people would do this to

other people.
