Guest guest
Like is the lease month to month? Is that what you mean? You know, I didn't even check..I usually do...I'll call first thing tomorrow. Is there any other policy I should look for? It is all new because they just built an addition on top of their garage (the garage is not used for cars, it's used for storage and a playroom for the kids). I believe the structure was not there before..you gave me another good thing to ask.. thank you for the feedback-i wasn't sure if the Austin HealthMate was enough to mitigate it-it's good to hear that it's possible. Guest guest
With the caveat that the core needs to be kept clean, the best solution to this issue is a heat recovery ventilator.. http://www.google.com/search?q=%22heat+recovery+ventilator%22 & btnG=Search it would bring in outside air without throwing away your heat or cooling energy.. dilution is better than filtration.. cheaper too in the long run. It also reduces all indoor contaminants.. filters just remove solids and (if they have LOTS of charcoal that is replaced frequently) some VOCS.. They cant address radon, for example.. or many other contaminants. and many of the most inflammatory mold particles are small enough to penetrate them.. (although repeated passes through a HEPA filter does reduce them..)
Guest guest
Barbacue charcoal is NOT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. The only place to get activated charcoal is at a pharmacy or similar... Lots of products try to play some word game and pretend they are functional foods. Watch out! Guest guest
Sorry.. guess I have been " hypersensitized " to this subject...
