Given that fact that I'm on the BBD. What is worse for me to have.

Soy sauce made with soybean, wheat, and salt, or Canola oil, and

Parmaesan Cheese. My wife went shopping today and bought some Organic

Salad dressing but she didn't read the labels. Which one should I

choose. Silly question I know but I've got to make a decision.
