you could try some flax oil and maybe some borage oil. I saw some together in a

bottle in the refridgerator section at the store. Otherwise I love olive oil,

and I use organic only- most toxins are fat soluble, so they become much more

concentrated in the oils, there is a potential for more toxic exposure in

non-organic oil.

I finally found a hand cream that I am ok with and it has borage oil- and info

on why it is good for our skin. It has been a nice cream, by Shi Kai, I think,

in a green bottle. --

Hi Folks: I have read to be careful with the fat-digested supplements

such as Vit E, A, D etc. when dealing with mold exposure. Seems the

liver doesnt process them correctly. What do you all take for essential

fatty acids? I have extremely dry skin and hair even with eating a good

diet of organic foods and need to supplement them somehow. Thanks D

You can walk into GNC and ask or browse around to find the right ones for you.

GNC has most national brands so i like to buy my stuff from there.

Diane,

Was wondering where you had learned this about vitamin E, A, D not being good

for you after mold exposure.

Many thanks,
