Thank you for this update, ansd thank you for leaving the caps in. I am so tired

of that happening and wasting so much time correcting it then because I feel

like I am brain dead I have to spell check everything. Really thanks..

Thanks for al your imput, as it turs out my attorney ran into someone

at one of the prehearing things who knew tne ENT professionally. My

Attrny told him the situation and this person contacted ENT and told

him it would be in his (ENT) best intrest to be involved so he agreed

to do a depo!!! Thank God! Anyway I go to court on Sept 3, my

attroney says this court date will propably not have good outcome

bcause the prehearing judge overruled my attroney on some staute that

states WC can only ask for a doctor evaluation/update when there is

an oen claim and benefits are being paid....I have yet to have them

accept the claim, thats why attorney/court. He wants to get the

overruled/overturne d by the judge on the 3rd so that next time they

Zurich Administrators CANNOT use anything from these so called

expert witness doctors I was forced to see. Of course they proclaimed

I am wee, have been well and never was sick...I know ya find that

hard to believe ...LOL...... so eviedentially they ahve no idea what

my life is, was, has been and from what it seems willbe. Now mostly

my problems are constant and i do mean constant continueos severe

pain in y pelvic floor/bikini line from being bloated 4-5 times over

theyear with candidas...it fried thenerves there so it is apinful to

sit for very long like a normal person. Also shortterm memory,

extreme brain fog, confusion and a speech impediament that makes me

very self conscious in public..actually everytime I open my mouyh I

sound/act like a tard! Oh and did I mention tired, weak, etc and

lets not forget ANGER!!! I too see an acupunturist who is a friend

of Pat my husband and he too relates the liver/anger connection.

When my body tries to rid itself of all these toxins I go crazy.

Even though Pat understands all this it is still hard on him. But

life ???? ^$%^ & *() & ... .GOES ON. tHANKS AGAIN FOR ALL THE VALUABLE

-Hi Roe...I am in denver colorado! Went to court this morning for

4 LONG hours and got no where ... to be continued later

for...8...even longeer hours. Attorney did good though with

thier " expert " witness... the guy who did companies air testing,

kinda discrdeited him ( ah shucks!) Thier attorney reminds me of the

adults in Charlie Brown blahblahblah...so busy trying to prove

the " expert " is qualifies to be an " expert " !!! her circles had

circles which had circles etc. basically got no whee and not sure

how I fell on the whole thing other than very TIRED and in alot of

PAIN from sitting most of day. It is funny to hear thier side refer

to the " standard this and that " when in fact a standard really doesnt

exist at all for a safe or unsafe level at all. As for you myjust on

the whole thing with you is SBS, mold exposure, BRI, Lyme, Candida

and several othe illnesses have identical symptoms which makes

diagnosis even harder at least there is a specific test for lymes if

I recall cuz i was tested , i think iremember, that i remember i was

tested to rule it out in htebegining along with a very LONG list to

rule out, stroke, anuerysim, clot MS, Lupus, West nile you know the

whole nine yards! It was the ENT who finally diagnosed the nasal

fungal infection andtreated me with amphoterici nasal and diflucan

for fungal UTI that PCP tested for bacterial even though I mentioned

it would more than likely be fungal DUH! Anyway hopefully your ENT

while do IGg or IGE or a specific test to see if you have

antigen/antibodies to molds. Has an air test been done? My ENT sent

me home with petri dishes tocompare with the blood work. That is

importaant...you need air testing done. Anyway Good Luck and thanks
