Guest guest
Starting out I would only do one freq., I started w/Lyme, did 3 sec's on my belly, got an incredible herx, waited a week, did 5 sec's herxed, etc. I slowly built up, I'm now at 17 min's, I break it up on all the diff. body parts, I run Lyme every 10 days or so. I then added in bart, started slow w/that as well, I'm up to 17 min's on both of those and am going to add another freq. in soon, prob. babs. If you're running 3 freq's at a time, it'll be hard to know which one you're herxing from, if you go slower and only do 1 at a time, you'll have a better handle on them. I wouldn't start w/3 min's, starting out, you could make yourself very ill. Some people have no reactions and some it pushes them into deeper illness. Pace not race. From: " bchepya@... For example: 3 min for Lyme, 3 min for Bart and 3 for Babs?
