Val, bad reaction this morning!

ok so I took my dose of T3 7.5 SR and 2.5 hc this morning (remember Dr

only allowed 5mg total perday) felt super hot like I was about to

burst into flame!.......jittery, not energy jittery just

agitated........I could have just screamed. called DR to tell him I

don't want to up T3 until I up hc. he said I could up hc to 10 mg

perday. so at almost 11 I took my second 2.5 hc. the jittery feeling,

HOT stayed until about 2ish. Now I'm tired, sleepy. It was the T3

causing the heat and jitters right? not the extra hc? I also took 4

isocort with the morning hc. I know I need more hc than I'm

taking.......it's my adrenals causing all this, right?
