Guest guest
I sometimes use straight estriol cream from hormoneprofile.com which is about $50 a pump bottle and sometimes use this stuff called EST cream which is about $25 a tube. These are non-prrescripton, and I think so because they are low quantities. The EST cream is actually comobo of estriol, progesterone, and a tiny bit of estradiol and phytoestrogens in this really great base that absorbs quickly and is not too greasy. I use it on face during second half of cycle. I don't know if they help or not with the skin but I think they work as well as my expensive Murad resurgence mature skin stuff. I went to the hormoneprofile.com website today and their stuff was still there. It was my understanding that the drug companines don't like the bio-identicials because they can't patent the drugs and therefore can't make money. How can you patent something that naturally occurs in nature? What really annoys me is when you look at all these women politicians and political wives, it does not take a MD to see that most are using some kind of HRT. They just look too good not be be using hormones. I think people should have right to take hormones if they want and that it should be personal choice just like other personal choices in our lives. We all live with the consequences of our choices, good or bad, but we have right to choice.
