Yep. And we are rapidly moving into phase three. That's why they are

making such asses of themselves, kicking and screaming all the way.

Correct. The jury did not get to hear what the ACOEM statement really is or

how it is used in litigation. We spoke to them afterwards. Based on what

they were able to be told, they formed their conclusion. Here is the real

kicker. They said they felt I do good work and they want me to continue. I

don't think they realized by labeling me a malicious liar, they made it much

more difficult for me to be heard as credible. We were able to get thru to them

that Kelman is an old tobacco scientist. They got that. Kelman's lawyer told

them to be sure to read the LA Weekly article. Dr. Harriet Ammann sat in a

hotel room for two days waiting for the chance to testify. Mulvey was

here, too. But we decided not to put her on because she would not be able to

talk about the science or the usage of ACOEM either. There was a first

amendment

attorney on the jury panel. I think she was more upset than I was. She said

they misinterpreted my passion for anger and that is how they determined

malice. The judicial system is utterly amazing. It is no wonder our courts are

clogged with things that should be easily decided.

What happened on the Veritox part of the case. If Sharon had filed a

case that this man or company is hurting people by writing the wrong

info in these journals and getting paid as defense witnesses at the

same time would she have been able to keep her evidence in this

case. I know it gets very technical what is aloud and not and some

times it is difficult to understand the reasons. I don't understand

why we can't just go after the government for negligence or not doing

anything to help people-- just as people have for autism, or

governments go after the EPA, etc. Or at least how they fail to tell

that healthy people can become ill, not just sick, infants, elderly,

or even chemical sensitive such as FEMA just did. I think we were all

healthy first then got candida, asthma, migraines, neurological

problems, etc.
