Guest guest
I have learned from this group that vision problems are not unusual with LBD. I offer the following information for what it is worth. A few years ago my husband began complaining about seeing double. He'd ask, how many ladies do you see walking on the path. I have some double vision (strabisimus) because my nearsightedness is much worse in one eye than the other. I took him to a specialist who verified the double vision, and suggested that the muscular rigidity due ro his Parkinsonism was the cause. He prescribed prisms for his distance and reading glasses, and that has helped him immensely. Now, typical LBD vision problems could be completely different than this and if so this information is worthless, some LBD with Parkinsonism could be like my husband's and correctable. This is just FYI. Kathy
