When to go back on T4 and symptoms

When does one know when they should add T4 back into the regimine?

Are there symptoms of hypo or by blood work, or pulse or temp? I

have one symptom of hypo coming back and it's constipation.. Haven't

had that since I was first diagnosed 12 years ago... Do you ever go

back on a full dose of T4 like 120mg of Armour or 150 of Synthroid?

I know this was talked about briefly, but sometimes it's too much for

a foggy thyroid brain.. Still trying to get my doc to give me HC for

my adrenals.... My saliva test did show periods of low and then too

high... So they get stressed easily and then get " stuck " into

cortisol mode, then insufficiency, etc...My immune system is still

suffering... Still getting staph boils,.. Thanks for all who will
