Guest guest
and to top this off, I get arrested for the first time in my life while walking back to my apartment, put in a cop car that reeks of cleaning products and make me several ill. why? because I had a warrent for my arrest from the city because of a hearing in 2006 that either I was not informed of or is the one that my lawyer said was dropped. I overheared one cop tell another that it was a weird reason to put out a warrent on someone based on a 55$ fee for mowing and haveing a hearing on that and not haveing shown up for the hearing. cops can be quite rude when they dont understand a illness that they are causeing to get worse. and their nurse cop had never heard of toxic encephalopathy but expected me to be able to explain it while I was trying to not fall of the stool they had me setting on after a severe exposure in a closed up cop car to cleaming chemicals. I got the impression that I would of had to be on the verge of dying ot dead for a heart attack before they would have called a ambulance. good thing I had the 55 buckero's to get out of there. Guest guest
you know what else is pretty interesting but surely has nothing to do with nothing, is that the city prosecutor is the sister of the two defence lawyers for the roofer on this case that my first attorney ruined. > > and to top this off, I get arrested for the first time in my life > while walking back to my apartment, put in a cop car that reeks of > cleaning products and make me several ill. why? because I had a > warrent for my arrest from the city because of a hearing in 2006 that > either I was not informed of or is the one that my lawyer said was > dropped. Guest guest
Good luck. This sounds like a really ugly situation. Make sure you document everything. They clearly were trying to steal your house(s) away from you. There was probably some kind of nepotism going on. Document everything that happens to you, everyone you speak to. Everything. Guest guest
Wow! I hope you can stop them and I hope they don't get away with this. I agree with LiveSimply---keep notes about everyone and everything.
Guest guest
What city is this? Governmental entities always hide behind immunity for governmental offices and say you cannot sue them. Remember, that is not the case. They can be sued under certain circumstances, the catch is the payoff is capped. What do the county tax records say? If they say it is your house, then the police should be able to boot them right out.
