oh how I love this city I use to work for

you wont believe what they have supposedly done.

after recieveing copies of the testing on the victorian home and

refuseing to drop the taxes based on the fact that it's uninhabitable

as is, saying it was still worth alot of money and after haveing the

all knowing city inspector trying to tell ME that mold cant hurt anyone,

and while sending me notice to appear in court about MY house and

another notice saying the city has nowed and put a lien against MY

house for that bill and the nowing has not been done.

my daughter drives by there and theres a lady with several children in

my house cleaning. she wont tell my daughter what shes doing there, she

says just cleaning, so naturally i call the cops and walk up there to

meet them and ask the lady what the hell is she doing in my house and

why are there kids in there? she than says she bought my house from the

city for the taxes due. no sale on the court house steps, no notice to

me,nothing. I have a hearing about my house tomarrow with the city,

about MY house. ?? funny how I'm getting ordered to court regarding a

house that I supposedly no longer own, getting a lien put on MY house

for the city mowing the back yard that they haven't even mowed. I asked

this lady if she also paid the lien to the bank that is on this house

that has accured quite abit of interest because they would not forclose

not wanting it on their hands but instead charged me interest, she had

no clue there was a lien by the bank in the house and humm for some

reason I've been told it doesn't show a lein with the bank, but yet the

bank has been tring to get me to sale it for them and give them the

money and they would wipe out what ever isn't covered. these is after

telling me several times while I was inbetween lawyers, as in not

haveing one that they were just going to right the whole thing off as a

bad dept. I asked this lady if the city informed her of just what was

wrong with this home, I gathered that they told her the roof leaked but

cant really say they informed her of much else. I asked her how she got

in as I have the keys, she said it was unlocked for her, rather tight

liped she was. I had, after some kids had broke the back door and the

cops got called on that and called me, went up there with a crayon and

wrote on the sideing up by the doors that the house was a danger and

had toxic molds and to stay away, i even wrote that stachybotrys the

toxic black mold was there and could cause severe harm even death

exspecially to children. she was washing this off when my daughter

stopped there. I was basicly blown away, I asked her again is the city

actually informed her of what she was exposeing her kids to and asked

if she would really put her kids through that, I asked her if she had

ever heard of toxic encephalopathy, she said no. I think she was

however takeing a pretty good look at me. I told her I wanted her and

her kids out of my house right now and as far as I was aware it was

still my house but if it's not than maybe the next time she gets

something really cheap she might want to consider why and who might be

screwing someone over. she made a comment about the city and left.

interesting aint it, they wouldn't drop the taxes because it was just

wirth so much but turned around and sold it for around 3,000.00 and not

even on the court house steps witch is how homes sold for taxes is

supposed to be sold.
