Guest guest Posted August 18, 2008 Report Share Posted August 18, 2008 It seems to me that the " cleanstream " style HEPA filters that allow you to wash them out make a huge difference to sensitive people even over non-washable HEPA filters that on paper, let fewer particles through. My theory is that even the microscopic particles from one encounter with a very bad mold can make a HEPA filter toxic for the sensitized - the tiny fungal fragments.. What do you think about this, Carl, does this agree with what your clients were saying? Its a powerful argument for the washable HEPA filters...
