Guest guest
Your post on SB was referring to pre-trial motions? The judge has tongue tied you? Exactly what happened to us - except I am a slow processor (thanks to mold) & I went ahead & said what I shouldn't have - judge let a lot in - but not enough. He came down hard on the expert witnesses. The other thing you could do is to draw an analogy - & put it in simple, simple terms - remember to count on the jury being as interested & bright as 3rd graders. Break it down in the simplest terms you can (I was a special ed teacher so it comes easy to me). Maybe then the judge will catch on, too. Using an analogy, you can make a lot of points without directly going against the judge. Good luck, Sherry
