I do not feel there is any " CURE " for hypothyroidism. I do believe in reaching normal temps and that is the dose you will need to stay on. I have also found being hypo for 35 years, that my doses have changed over the years, so need both seasonal and stress adjustments. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
ok then let me ask this. With high Rt3 is the protocol to STAY on T3 forever or is it possible to get where Armour will work after getting Rt3 down? Do you think that I should get on hc before starting T3 or wait and see if I can handle the T3 with isocort? I had read that stress like adrenal fatigue can cause high Rt3, do you agree? > > >>about adding in the T3 in 12 hr increments until temps are normal > (they say 98.2) then hold for 30days and back off to re test?<< > > NO. Guest guest
Give me another month and I will answer that for you! I have gone bnack to 3 grins of Armoru with 875mcg T3. I will be gettign labs at this level in a month. I cannot go lower wiht T3 or major hypo symptoms occur so the jury is still out. I know form Holtorf he seems to think some folks just do better on all T3. And I have seen it written that once on all T3 thta people seem to tend to get RT3 very easily when they try to go back ot Armour. But i have to wonder if they corrected the cause of their high RT3 (usually cortisol imbalances) before trying it. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
That '8' was a slip of the finger, wasn't it Val? You're on 75 mcg now, not 875.
