Help STOP Senator Durbin – Don't let him LIMIT your RIGHTS to dietary supplements!

Long-time dietary supplement industry enemy Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois is at it again. This time he has secretly introduced the Durbin Amendment, which imposes tremendous administrative burdens on both dietary supplement makers and the FDA. This appears to be part of Durbin's never-ending campaign to harass and ultimately take away our access to dietary supplements altogether.

YES! Durbin failed! I second your HOORAY! His Amendment has been defeated. The

US Senate agreed and STOPPED it after Senator Tom Harkin made a motion to table

the Durbin amendment by a ending vote of 77-20. Thanks to all the organizations

working endlessly to STOP this! Thanks, to all of you, too, that helped.

Sadly, Senator Rand 's proposed Amendment that would have stopped the FDA

from bullying farmers and abusing its power while restoring freedom of health

speech by stopping the FDA from censoring the truthful health claims of dietary

supplements was defeated.

changes.
