I had the muscle twitches and the electric shocks, I think those things did go

away about 6 months after explant.

Just curious, have you contacted Dr Kolb? I was wondering because she has new

treatments for mold than when I was first explanted.

I took Nystatin for about three months after explant, I also took the CSM powder

for about 6 months. If you are in a moldy environment, then maybe the CSM

powder? You can google Ritchie Shoemaker mold biotoxins, and find out more

information from his Web site.

Of course, easier said than done, remediating mold can be a tricky business.

I sure hope you feel better soon.

bit better toward the end. i could walk thru the store without leaning on a

cart...but when i got back home i went downhill fast. my legs and arms became

weak and i had muscle twiches all over. i felt like i was being shocked. so

my husband had done a mold kit at home and the thing was FULL of every color

mold you can imagine. so that's another stress, i can't stay in our home and

we have no place to go immediately...so i'm staying with my dad but there's no

room for me, my husband and 2 dogs...why is it when it rains it pours?

Thanks beth. I'm sorry you had to deal with kaiser too. It was a blessing that

your mold was visible. They wisked mine away after explant but I did groggily

look at them and they were all clean looking. They sent them back to Mentor to

be tested for mold because I said I wanted to have them tested and they said if

I took them myself to a lab, there would be a chance I'd inject mold! So it'll

be 8 weeks monday and I have not heard a peep. I've called my ps 2x and they

just say, we'll call YOU when we hear back. My holistic doc found penicillium

and microsporum in my breast tissue still thru muscle testing. I've cleared my

heavy metals with a supplement called parotid by standard process and the

chemicals with a few: solvent remover, neurochondria and I can't think of the

3rd. I'm taking adrenal dessicated and adrenacalm cream 2x a day for stressed

adrenals. Yeast is under control right now with formula sf722. And parasites

were gone but have popped back up a couple times. I take artecin for that. And

I've been taking chlorella a month now which really seems to help. also been

doing epsom salt baths. Strtd a new antioxidant that's 1 million antioxidants

to 1 free radical yesterday. Most are 1 to 1 so maybe my oxidation level will go

down finally. For the mold we did low level light therapy. It was killed back

in 6 treatments. But came back in 2 wks and then killed it back in 2 more

treatments. I'm also taking a homeopathic fungal killer called mycological. I

just started that yesterday. I just go downhill almost instantly when I'm in my

apt so I gotta get out! I did contact dr kolb and she said I had to get my

capsules out or I wouldn't recover and that I needed antifungals. My ps took

out strips of the capsules so God knows wht the rest looks like. I can't afford

the surgery right now so am doing my best to kill the mold and beat the odds I

guess.

Did you end up finding you were living in a moldy environment? From dr kolb's

book I've learned if you breathe in spores they can be carried to your chest via

the bloodstream and fester and grow in areas like the implant valve.

ok I would forget about the implants at this point. If M----- has them they

will never admit anything. I have already been though all this and more.

What I did was have my implants prepared for testing after surgery, it helped

that Dr. Kolb was my surgeon. We sent them to a local lab for testing; they

didn't test properly for mold so that was a waste of time. My implants were

cloudy but nothing black in them. I then sent them to Mycometrics for fungal

testing, which involves invasive measures. They found penicillium in both my

implants, and the lovely stuff has continued to grow and grow inside of the

implants; they are black now. I have some wonderful pictures, ;)

It sounds to me like you are doing everything right to get rid of any mold, just

stick with the plan and give your body time to heal.

And yes, I have lived in a moldy environment my entire life; Dr. Blais has said

the valve design in the salines allows mold and bacteria to enter and exit the

implants.
