We did 3 months of Hbot Jun-Aug this past summer. My son was on Valtrex,

diflucan, tmg, and many other supplements to support the body. We were told not

to stop anything.

My son potty trained after our Hbot experience. We did see a spike in yeast as

the hbot helps to kill the yeast but can flare up as other die off happens.

The big thing we learned from

Hbot was to watch the ears. Our son had an ear infection and it was painful. I

didn't realize it. We're working on environmental allergies now because he has

fluid in his ears sometimes.
