I am very sorry Sharon. I can't wait to hear the details. This is the

problem with our judicial system, they cut out so much that you don't

get a chance to tell the truth or provide evidence. I worked for a

year on a case and had the evidence, and the judge wouldn't allow me

a little time, they wanted to schedule the trial in a months time and

I had a NY lawyer ready to jump on board just had to get a local one

which is difficult in my corporate state. Senator Joe Biden now wants

to run for Vice President, he was the first one I wrote a letter for

help, along with photos of the mold, medical reports, bulk sample

results, etc. His office was so mean I asked them to return the

papers I had sent certified mail. They returned them, and it was

stamped with time and date when they received it. I was hoping for

change, but it doesn't feel much like change now that he is running.

I hope you can have an appeal, but I am sure you are exhausted.
