Guest guest
Like many of us, since my mold exposure I have been fighting my own battle with some kind of low-level infection in my GI tract - with herbs like oil of oregano, and I am following 's experience with Lamisil closely. I was thinking, perhaps it would be useful to create some kind of reference to possible GI-based opportunistic infections that plague mold victims for them to print out for their doctors so that they might eliminate the possibilities one by one.. We could also keep records of what treatments worked for people who had tested positive for one or more of these various gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeasts, mycobacterium, etc.. , when you STOP taking your Lamisil, does the infection come back? There are zillions of miroorganisms that can infect people who are in a weakened state.. That makes me reluctant to make any kind of list, because I really know next to nothing about this stuff.. Some infections are systemic, others are localized in the intestinal microflora.. Does anybody reading this (a HEALTH PROFESSIONAL) know enough about this to do something along these lines? (this is after five minutes of googling..these are a few..) Candida albicans Staphylococcus aureus Chlamydia pneumoniae Bacillus anthracis Sterne Escherichia coli Klebsiella pneumoniae Helicobacter pylori Mycobacterium terrae Enterobacter aerogenes Escherichia coli Klebsiella pneumoniae Proteus mirabilis Salmonella choleraesuis Shigella flexneri Bacillus subtilis campylobacter (sp?) Listeria monocytogenes S. saprophyticus S. xylosus. ETC... Where do you begin?
