Guest guest
I looked it up because it sounded kind of scary but what I read was intriguing; I look forward to hearing what you decide and if you go forward how you respond. It's an older post but it's the only decent explanation that I could come up with.http://professionalnetworkers.com/bbs/messages/589.htmlSonyaSent from my iPhone Hi everyone, I just came from my doctor who wants to start me on transfer factors and moducare. Does anyone know anything about them and if you would recommend taking them? He said that by taking these it would begin to reverse the autoimmune disease. I am already on a t3/t4 compounded medication: 7/40. Thanks for any input. I appreciate it! -
Guest guest
I really cannot imagine what is scary about these supplements. I used them in hopes of NOT having to go on hydrocortisone and, of course, modualting my immune system. I felt somewhat better on them for about a year or so and then felt really bad again. I ended up needing the HC for my poor adrenals and subclinical hypoadrenalism. Currently I take an immune modulator called ImmunoG PRP, which seems to be working well. Guest guest
Bj, So you have had success on these supplements? I had only vaguely heard of these and am of course wary of just starting. You would recommend transfer factors and immune modulators? I understand it is based on individual experience, but in your instance you felt they were beneficial? Thanks. - > > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > > > I just came from my doctor who wants to start me on transfer factors and moducare. Guest guest
Hi , I did feel better on them for awhile. However, my situation was totally different than yours. They helped me get by but I really needed HC for my poor adrenals. My current doctor recommends the supplement that I previously mentioned as I now have pretty normal adrenal function. Good Luck, ~Bj > > > > > > > Hi everyone, > > > > > > > > I just came from my doctor who wants to start me on transfer factors and moducare.
