Guest guest
A friend who is a disabled federal employee has to have an IME done. Last time they sent her to an allergist and she is classic delayed reactions person, was FORCED to have patch testing and of course, being a delayed reactor she was determined to be non-allergic to everything that her EI doc referenced. So now the feds are sending her to a pulmonary MD and she is looking for any information that she can present (verifiable) that an IME eval can not cause further injury to the patient. she plans on refusing to take the chemical that they use for PFT. Anyone help her??? She can not cite state it has to be part of the federal employees " protcol " etc.
