hi, we have been out of mold hell for about 4 months now and my last

blood test was the same as the first. positive for mold.

and I still wasnt feeling well. We knew we had to do somethng. so we

are trying this:

We started a new diet. and i am feeling much better.

we are using the Candida Control Cookbook. by Gail Burton

We eat no sugar or sweets of any kind. i use stevia because ita all

natural.

we buy only organic. nothing with citric acid. nothing with wheat.

nothing that yeast or MOLD can grow on. we scrub our vegitables like

crazy.

we use rice flour, brown rices, rice pasta, rye sourdough bread

(with no yeast) rice cereal. we have a large stop n shop that carries

a good amount of organic groceries.. but we still have to hit the

heath food store for stuff like the bread.

nothing fermented, like vinigar. no mayonayse, no ketchup. but these

things can be made. there are recipies in the book. we havent tried

these yet

and its not forever. its just to get the yeast and mold out of your

system.

for me the sugar part may be forever due to my lyme disease and the

antibiotics causing yeast infections. yeast loves sugar.

honestly it can be boring. but i am desperate. and i am feeling

better so i think its working.

i was on an anti fungle for 5 days this week too. so that helped.

I hope i never have to go through this again. i hope you all get

through the pain and horror of losing your health and your belongings.

i am still fighting with my landlords lawyer for my security dep. and

property damage. its all so sad.
