Guest guest
Thanks for the tip. I'll do that. I have Neilmed...do you think that's about the best sinus rinse kit? Will the sinus rinses help with just upper respiratory/ENT symptoms, or will it help with other symptoms (brain, etc.) as well? Also, speaking of sinus stuff, while still living in the moldy place I'd gotten these sore-type things in my nostrils. Most of that has gone away since moving out of the moldy place, except for one painful area in one side of my nose. (Has anyone else gotten that?) Would the sinus rinses help with that, too? Or is there anything else that would help to heal that? I also got a saline-type spray that has various good ingredients in it, including aloe. Maybe that will help as well? > > you mentioned sinus symptoms too. you may want to start washing your > sinuses everyday amd/or after exposures like this, it may help with > some symptoms too. >
Guest guest
yes, I had lots of sores, ouch. yes, mold spores are to big to go into the brain but their toxins can,and some other chemicals like what are in offgassing carpet, ect. and some things can get in your sinuses and cause effects for even longer after getting away for the exposure. sometimes it's in your hair, cloths and skin and I have to shower and change to stop the reactions. I use distiled water and regular canning salt. cheap and free of other things but it depends on what you can tolerate, watch out for perfumed type additives they may bother you. --- In , " judybiz2002 " <riverwords@...> wrote: > > Thanks for the tip. Guest guest
Well it looks interesting but expensive. What is the difference btw phase 1 and 2, and I don't understand where the nasal mucus goes when you blow. Why is it better than a neti pot or Grossan irrigator? Does it put a mist up there or a jetstream of water or what? THANKS > > The best sinus rinse I have ever used I lost when I had to leave my toxic home. It is called " Rino Flow " It has a small air compresor and a cup you use in your nostrils. You use a saline solution you can get at the pharmacy but it is awsome. I highly recomend it. Its a little pricey but worth every penny. I dont sell them so here is a link that does a good job in describeing it. I was told to buy it after I had sinus surgery many years ago so I have used it. I cant answer about the brain fog part because I did not have those problems then as I do now and cant afford to gert another yet to find out. Hope that helps. > > http://www.entdr.com/rinoflow.html
