Guest guest
Where do you get chlorophyll? I always thought chlorophyll was the plant substance in green plants, similar to the hemoglobin in our blood.. The substance in things like wheatgrass juice, chorella, etc. that makes them green. I've never seen it for sale as " Chlorophyll " . I tried drinking wheatgrass juice decades ago, long before I got sick and it never did anything for me then. But then I wasn't sick and had lots of energy. I should give it another try. I try to eat as many raw vegetables and fruits as I can. I do take quercetin and that seems to help with inflammation. (plant bioflavonoid with strong antiinflammatory and bioprotective activity) We eat so fewer unrefined foods now, its a real problem. I'll look into sources of Chlorophyll, do you have any suggestions? I avoid MLM products on principle, so please don't suggest them to me. Regular, reputable vendors. Guest guest
Just found a source of unsweetened aloe vera juice, which I have been told by my doctor helps treat candida. Walgreens, which sells " Fruit of the Earth " aloe vera juice by the GALLON.. Its around $10 a gallon.. Drank some today, it tastes slightly bitter but not unpleasant.. All of this is definitely helping. Pomegranate juice also has MAJOR activity against a lot of different GI pathogens.. you can feel it working. Also, combine supps, juices, etc. with exercise, especially situps, twists, etc, if you can do them.. Things that stretch and move your middle.. that gets stuff moving in there..Hoping to shake it for good..
Guest guest
ok i dont understand the diet i am on either. i am following the rest of the household. i will look up the shoemaker and inflamation nation diet. when you say no grain, you are saying like the the atkins type diet? i dont think i can do that. i am eating very smal amounts of dark brown rice. and no yeast sour dough rye. its kind of modified atkins. roe--- In , " who " <jeaninem660@...> wrote: > > I lost weight oretty much the while time I was exposed, some of those > mycotoxins can sure cause dierrhea. that was in the first house and in > the second house it got much worse and there possably in part because I > had no fat my liver and immune system broke down. >
