Thanks very much Semco. I was hoping this post would be received in the spirit

it was given. We need each other as we work to navigate our lives, homes and

families to a better state of health, safety and well-being.

Best to all,

Sam

There are probably some on the list who can describe it far better than I can.

I've been quite exhausted latley and what I can recall, may not be fully

correct. But here's what I can recall. It was developed by Pall, who

wrote a book called (i believe) " The 10th Parradigm " . There is a group on

by the same name that has a slew of info in their database. And Dr. Pall (not an

MD, I think he is a biochemist?) is a member of the list and can be helpful to

respond to people's questions. It is a improtant to read the book - or - at

least read through all the materials on the 10P group website database before

joining the list as it is very technical. And the bulk of the list membership

are very well-versed in an understanding of the materials. So, you may be a bit

lost at furst unless you read the protocls. Much of it goes over my head as my

energy and rentention level is quite poor and my plate is quite full. I left the

list sometime ago as things

got too overwhelming to follow along and our home has taken presidence over my

health.

There are some people on the list who work with doctors and some who follow the

protocols on their own. I think the protocols are mainly involving supplements

and vitamins. The crux of 10P is getting to the bottom of autoimmune issues

which I understand does relate to mcs and mold exposure.

The doctor my friend sees is Grace Zeim. She has a website that explains her

views. It seems to largely be involved with chemical toxicity. My friend

explained that this also includes an understanding of mycotxins and mold

exposure. She has suffered from both and has come back literally from needing to

get her affairs in order. I personally haven't been able to afford a visit to

Dr. Zeim at this time.

If I've mistated anything please forgive me. But the various resources I've laid

out and any other list members should clarify my errors.

Also, I've no financial interest in this protocol, am no expert and in no way is

this meant as any statement that this is better than Dr. Shoemaker's, Dr. Gray's

or any other protocols. It is clear that many members have been greatly helped

and continue to be helped by Dr. Shoemaker's ground-breaking course of

treatment. I only mentioned this as one person's (not my own) experience with

both protocols. Also, my friend is still in touch with Dr. S and respects him

greatly.

Sorry for the length. I hope this is helpful.

If anyone finds this health group mentioned " 10th Paradigm " , would you

share it? I can't find it. Thanks
