Guest guest
Yes, it is important not to eat foods that might contain molds and their toxin, like peanuts and grains-but the heart of a recovery diet is to eliminate foods that cause imflamation-especially on the cykotine pathway-which is the mold primary pathway. Thus wheat is to be totally eliminated . Read " Imflamation Nation " to regulate diet totally to rid the body of lingering mold effects like arthritis. They take into account foods that imflame other pathways. Thanks,
Guest guest
I haven't read Inflammation Nation but I read reviews and I get the impression he is saying too much AA in meats and dairy. Can you give me some idea of what he recommends or the diet you follow? I try to limit myself to meat and veggies, moderating fruit, eliminating sugar and white flour and that I find pretty hard. Does he say to eliminate dairy, meat? > > Read " Imflamation Nation " to regulate diet totally to rid > the body of lingering mold effects like arthritis.
