Guest guest
Betsy, Jillian definitely had the fever. I could not even get the fever down with Motrin below 103.4. My husband broght me Tylenol after work to alternate and it did not even get her fever down. Finally I gave her both within an hour of each other and a lukewarm bath and it brought her fever down. She's very wheezy. i have been nebbing her with albuterol about 3-4 x's a day for 2 days and they put her on the antibiotic Zithromax. So I am guessing hers must be bacterial. Still, does anyon eknow if it is contagious?? Guest guest
, i guess you need to discover if it is now viral or bacterial. an antibiotic will only work if it's bacterial. i'm not sure if viral can be related to aspiration. if it's bacterial i think it can be contagious - like anything bacterial. Don't quote me though..... good luck. Betsy
