Guest guest
Hi from Sue, As I was doing more ---Surrogate EFT--- ..for my son --- I discovered a crucial missing word...in my previous affirmations..they seemed to make an important difference in effectiveness of the EFT (per muscle testing).... That word is "OTHERS"... at the end of all affirmation statements. For those of you that have googled EFT.. or have gone to www.emofree.com ... to watch the video...and download The manual by Craig....you'll notice tells us that Affirmations should start with: "Even though.........(insert problem)........ ...................................................., Followed by...: I ===or (the person's named in surrogate EFT)... deeply and completely, love, accept and forgive myself..(or themselves./surrogate.)" IN ADDITION to---- forgive myself.. I added TODAY ----and (forgiving) -------OTHERS.... And the muscle testing I did to see how effective it was.. --is huge. It makes such sense to me as many of us are resentful of what others have done to our kids with giving vaccines etc.....and by adding "forgiving others"... it breaks us free of resentment so we can heal again...through forgiveness. I also remember in Stan video about vaccines that a mom stated she'll never forgive herself for letting her son have the vaccine that she felt he shouldn't have. EFT /prayer..can be so helpful for those that feel that way because forgiveness is key to health and healing. Sue x ..-----PS.. I also start all my EFT sessions with ----Dear Lord, or Jesus, or God, then---" insert the affirmation......." and Then end them with ------so help us God... or with your help Dear Lord, etc. It enhances my prayer life at the same time. Note:.For SURROGATE EFT --.one needs to be very specific... for example... Say Even though...(name), MY SON, has...Blah blah... ---since if you just say a name.... it could be ANYONE with that name (even last names)... so always include-- my son or whomever??when doing an affirmation.
