Guest guest
Kristy, I guess I am one of the 600 e-mails you haven't received. I am happy to fill out a survey but my son is only 9 months. So I don't know what I could possible say. He babbles but he doesn't say words. Is he supposed to? My older son didn't really talk much until later, maybe one or so. I have yet to see any ST or have one mentioned by any of the doctors. WHen should this be evaluated? Trista, 3yrs and 9 months mds. I haven't received 600 emails yet.... that must mean everyone else's child has perfect speech! lol > Kristy > Grovers wrote: > , I know this is for Kristy, but I had to laugh when I read this. The part about him saying Oh damn. It reminded me of a word I did not put on our list. LOL. One day, we were trying to coax words out of Ellen. We would show her stuff and say, what is this. Well, we came to the fruit, and held up an apple, and said, " ME, what is this? " She said, " Bapple. " Then we held up a banana, same question, reply, " Nana " Then on to the orange, and her reply, " Shi* " And now, when ever we ask her if she wants one, or what it is, she says, shi*. Hubby has apologized, and hopefully we will put an end to this. LOL. But your story reminded me of a word we missed on our list. LOL. Guest guest
I have the same question as Trista. Lily is only 7 1/2 months. She was saying Mum mum mum and Dadadadada and Bababab at 6 months but it only went on for 3 weeks and now it's only constant gurgling. I don't know if this can't tell you any thing at this stage. Do you consider her too young for any reliable information? Narelle
