Guest guest
, No I am not a doctor, I am a patient but was told by a doctor that if you have an ongoing colonization the CSM is not going to work for you till you rid yourself of the colonization. As I have said in other posts there have been no other treatments offered to me, not by Shomaker or any other doctor. I am refraining from nameing the other person I was talking about. I am also not trying to trash talk anuone I am just saying I have spent every dime In my and my parents life and gotten nowhere yet, and that has been alot. My main point is there are people (un named) that have information that could very well help some of us understand things like I am telling you about the CSM and Colonization that will not do so unless they get something out of it. Again I have said that. It is not my intention to beat this into the ground or start down talking anyone any further.
Guest guest
Let me make myself perfectly clear here. I am not saying anything bad about Dr. Shoemaker. What I have said is that thus far under his care I have gotten worse and not better (as of re testing last Sept) The reasons for that are yet still unknown except that it is not due to re exposure. That is what brought up the subject on colonization because I had a test done by Realtime labs that showed trycothesines from Stackybotrys still in my system from my exposure. That is after the CSM and all. From this point on I have done everything requested by Shoemaker other than a heart stress test which I could not afford and this has put that treatment on hold I guess. Dr. Thrasher told me basicly that CSM and colonization do not mix in so many words. That is all the information I have been able to get from him unless I hire him as an expers witness. Does that clear up my frustration? I am stuck in the middle now, broke without the possability of finding out what is going on despite all I have tried to do. If this does not clear up what I am trying to say, I am sorry to have confused anyone and I will shut up now.
Guest guest
Yup. Two times of two week regiments of dyflucan and nystatin. Where my labs sit now, I dont know. I cant afford to get them retested now. I would love to know if it worked any at all. its been just over a year since last tested so I dont know. I know that baboon of a landlord is not helping me any and I guess his insurance agancy is going to string this out till I become a prune so I dont know. God has always taken care of me one way or another so I just am patient living in his timeing. Dont worry about me though Jeanine, you got some pretty big fish to fry yourself... You take care... From: who <jeaninem660@...> Subject: [] Re: Dr Shoe and CSM Date: Friday, September 26, 2008, 7:27 PM that seems to be a problem with this illness, no body can afford it. I can tottally understand. I'm sorry you are haveing such a hard time of it. do you have any signs of thrush that might get you a antifungal prescroption? just trying to think of how to go to a regular doctor and get a script for antifungals. Guest guest
Like I just responded to you Jeanine, that is exactly what I did. Only I had to have a different doctor do the anti fungals for me. I did a hard core regiment of the two kinds, along with the CSM. Boy that was a tough two weeks... Guest guest
some mycotoxins like macrocyclic trichothecenes build up in your fat. They are removed from your system very slowly by your liver but the rate is slow unless you lose weight. While you are losing weight I've found that you need to take cholestyramine much more. I also take a major level of antioxidants.. lots of vitamins C, E, Coenzyme Q10, also NAC, ALA, ALC for mitochondrial support. In my case, if I don't, I get these weird " boils " which I am almost sure are caused by mold. But no doctor has understood that this seems to make a difference such that they agreed with me. Not currently being exposed, getting better, but still know that there still are toxins in my body from a 9 1/2 year exposure in a building with major stachybotrys. When I stop taking cholestyramine I notice that the inflammation gradually increases over days.. eventually my ears are ringing all the time, joints and muscles hurt and swell and I have to take it to get back to where can sleep. Plus, I get these boils..
