air quality issue in a car

Has anyone had any experience with a car with air quality issues?

I bought a used car (2008) that has some kind of air quality problem

(mold? or some strange chemical odor ?) The car has 15K miles

and it was in for service on Day 10 of ownership, but the

problem was not corrected. Not everyone can detect the odor - people

with a very good sense of smell and kids can smell it. I brought it to

the dealer for service today for the second time since I've owned it

(5 weeks). I'm told it's from water sitting in the drain pan from the

evaperator. Does anyone know if this type of problem is correctable?
