Has anybody tried " pulling " cholestyramine in water, like " pulling " oil?

Try it!

I use one of those water jet appliances to clean my teeth.. and in the

past a high speed electric toothbrush that spins.. but I found that

the combination of the w******* and buying new " sharp " toothbrushes

pretty frequently - and flossing too, works really well for me. The

toothbrushes lose their abrasiveness fairly quickly.. so a new one

really is good..

In the past I gargled with several crushed up folic acid tablets in

water.then spit it out...(works well- I highly recommend it) and

flouride after-rinse (works well but I am scared of the high amounts

of flouride they have..)

Oh, and hydrogen peroxide.. works well to dislodge gunk from between

the teeth.. use it as a rinse *first*, (before brushing), then spit it

out, then brush/floss..
