This is for those who have gerd, or take anything for heartbun, such as

prilosec ,nexium or protonix. My Dr said to only take it at night, on an

empty stomach-if you take it with food-it will stop the digestive

process, and mold will grow very fast, and spread its mycilium, putting

toxin into your system. I have never been told this, and probably have

been suffering because of it. Helps to have a Dr who is a Mycologist.
