I still get them sometimes from certain myco or chemical exposures.

I think the myelin sheath damage plays a role in where you may fell the

tremors, I had DDD working it's way up my back and when a exposure

causes tremors it's mostly from my waist down but also has some effects

that rediate soen the arms/fingers. practiceing advoidence and time is

the only things I know of that help. mucle relaxers might but I

couldn't tolerate them than, last time I had trimmers was because of

something getting to me in the denist office. just rode it out and

suffered with sore mucles and a few other effects for a few days.I

think that time was from a chemical but have no clue what it was.

Yes, they can. Mine are gone most of the time now unless I get

re-exposed to something. My brain doc told me to eat a 2:1 ratio of

omega 3 fats:all others. I used flax oil, organic. I switched all my

oils to organic, for the simple reason that most toxins are fat

soluble, and so would concentrate more in the plant oils. It took me

awhile of detoxing, remediation, and good diet. I had to eat a lot of

it too. Several T a day.

The myelin sheath is mainly comprised of omega 3 fatty acids. So if

the diet is deficient, the body will be unable to heal. All cells in

the body get renewed on a 7 year cycle, but it did not take that long-

it took some number of months. When I got re-exposed, it was a set

back and I had to recover from that too.
