Guest guest
Guess it's my night for questions. (One would think I've never done this before!!) OK, doc says ... There is volume loss in the right hemithorax. There are no masses or air space consolidation. Multiple perihilar surgical clips are noted. There are a few (s/l " diverticular " ) markings posteriorly in the superior segment of the right lower lobe. I've never heard this referable to the chest/lung. It could be anything but the best " sounds like " I can offer is diverticular. Oh, in the impression, he states " Residual linear densities in the superior segment of the right lower lobe " if this helps. Open to all suggestions!
