Guest guest
Hi guys.. Just wanted to add a little something to this discussion. I am not familiar with " The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook " , per se. However years ago ( I was a fitness instructor ) I took a course with Bonnie Prudden on Myotherapy. It was really fascinating... plus she is an incredible woman. From what I can see there seem to be some of the some elements involved. I have personally used this time and time again over the years for various pain relief. I am NOT " certified " in this however. That requires far more training that I have. Some of the techniques are also used by Osteopaths, I believe. I just checked and the website for this is: http://www.bonnieprudden.com/ ... some of her awards, etc. are also shown. There is also an association with practitioners available on line, http://www.myotherapy.org/ Just thought I would mention it as there is essentially no " spinal manipulation " involved... I would gladly try to answer any questions that anyone might have. Also wanted to mention I had my second cataract surgery about a month ago, and so far soooooooooooooo good. I am really thrilled with the results. ( knock wood <g>) The techniques employed for this now are fascinating! Now back to holiday prep! <g> Take care, Sally R...
