Glad I spied this topic. I also have osteo and been taking Fosamax as often as

remember.I did pick up a bag of the caramel chews at Walmart the other day to

try. I get tired of gagging down big pills. See how those work out. That dosage

did sound really high on the Vit D!! Maybe too massive a jump start??
