Barb, I thought your comments were important and could possibly help others who

have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome so I started it as a separate topic.  If there are

others reading this who have CFS, maybe they could ask their doctors about

trying an antifungal.

[] Re: Prescription meds and Shoemaker

Dr Tiedlebaum treats chronic fatigue syndrome with antifungals and

says he has much success. He said he got interested in it because he

had it and cured himself. Unfortunately he charges a small fortune

to see patients since he makes more money on his speaking

engagements, book and products now. However he gives test online

questionaire and then for a rather small fee gives a 'plan' that is

advised by input of your answers but includes antifungals frequently

that then doctor has to prescribe for you. I've always felt I had

fungal infection on some level and that's another reason I don't feel

like anyone has really got to what I think is needed but then maybe

there is hesitation with their affect on liver, etc. I really felt

that should have been tried first because if limiting your sugar has

big affect on how you feel, I think that means there is fungus

responding to that. I feel awful if I indulge in sugar or refined

carbs, more than just a nibble here or there occasionally. I guess

that is where Dr Shoe lost my confidence. I felt he didn't even

address it as possibility but then perhaps he feels as you say

jeanine that he addresses the toxicity with aim that that heals your

immune system and then your immune system attacks any fungal

infection but he didn't say that, didn't mention fungal infection at

all despite topic is exposure to mold. It seems everyone wants to

stay away from fungal infections really. I'd like to try the Lamasil

or Difflucan... but then sometimes I am afraid since I have feeling my

liver is not in good condition but liver enzymes figures are okay

doctor says..
