Guest guest
just wanted to say that I'm pretty sure that my allergy to fructose was why I couldn't tolerate the protocal. while I no dought have some intolerances too, after researching more on the subject and because when I first tried the protocal I tried takeing the sorbital and csm without takeing the previcid and I realize the previcid is to help tolerate the stomach issues/intolerances we may have. understanding also just what all can be involved with the damage we can suffer to the mucosa lineings and the immune system, I'm very glad I went to him. I often forget I already researched something until I see something that triggers that memory but I'm finally getting enough of it soaked into my head to have a decent understanding of most of itm or enough of it to know that Shoemaker knows what he's doing. the allergy to the fructose probably also played a role in my bowel inflammation and overall or all over inflammation. so don't let my problems scare you from going. I can't speak for anyone else, it may make you fell a little ill when you first start takeing it, for other reasons, maybe some might not stick with it long enough or maybe they have inreaconized allergies. I have inflammatory bowel disease that flares up when anything aggervates it, so don't let my problems stop you from trying it.
