recommendations from Dr Francomano

It's been a long time since I posted on this group. Wish I could say

it's because everything's been good, but it would be a lie. Cristina

keeps developing more and more problems keeping us very busy.

In September we had the pleasure of a consultation with Dr Francomano

in Baltimore concerning the EDS/ connective tissue disorder. It was a

very, very informative appointment. Two of her recommendations that I

want to pass on are find the book " The Trigger Point Therapy Workbook "

by Clair Davies. In her experience many people can find some pain

relief using the methods described in it. She also recommended a

product called acti-patches. You can do a search for them or I think

she said www.makemeheal.com ? sold them. They sound a little like a

mini tens unit.

I don't know if this will help anyone, but it's something new to try

at least!
