But if he is willing to talk to other doctors (since that would be a better source for dosage info than a mom) you could have him call Dr. West. I'm sure she'd be willing to talk about it with him. I only know it well because I saw Dr. Goldberg (not a DAN but huge with antivirals!) and now Dr. West. Most DANs that are really familiar with antivirals would tell you that 250 once a day is *too* low. And Dr. G would also tell you that too low of a dose will contribute to virus mutation.
