I bought this house NEW. This is what a bad builder can do to you. They can take

away

everything you own and your health by " cutting corners " or just being a bad

quality builder.

They did that to me.

A variety including CSM and many natural things. I can't tolerate the CSM, it

caused other

problems. The amount of natural products required tore my stomach and

intestines apart.

I am going to try a high vitamin treatment next, I think. I don't know what I

am going to do.

However, I read this aticle on CNN.com about this lady who got arrested for

burning her

spouses groin. I have been thinking that may be appropriate for my

builders......... She

poured boiling water on him, I don't get that close to them to do that,

but........

And, the story gets better. I just received a very threatening e-mail from my

builder. He

now wants to hash through things that have happened in years past, more than 20

in one

instance and spread all kinds of stuff around this small town I live in.

I have not answered this threat. It is my inclination to spruce the campaign up

even stronger.

What has happened to me in the past has no relevence on what a horrible house

they built.

What happended to me 20 years ago did not cause any of the problems this builder

caused,

and it did not make him cut corners on my home.

It sounds like a last ditch desperate attempt because he knows its he a$$. Dont

take any $hi! from him. Save all your emails for your lawyer but dont respond.

We are in a similar situation in that we hired a builder to build a new

house for us and had water damage within six months. Our home owner's

insurance paid over $150,000. Amazingly the builder's plumber sued us for a

bill the builder didn't pay -- the same plumber who caused the hell we lived

through. The lawsuit involves us, the plumber and the builder. The laws do

not help victims and we're told it will cost another $50,000 plus to get

this case to trial. The plumber was owed $2800 and there was no way we were

playing the bill! The builder ran out and didn't stand behind his warranty.

I will never feel comfortable in this house. Hopefully it was remediated

properly. Our builder continues to build homes and there's nothing we can

do to stop it.

The pictures of your home speak volumes for the quality job your builder

did. Don't let him bully you, you have the proof of his competence! His

plan to discredit you can only hurt him. Whatever you did 20 years ago

wasn't bad enough that he didn't want to build a home for you!!

How about taking pictures of your home to the bank he does business with?

We phoned the bank our builder was doing business with and told the

president the problems with our house. The bank never did business with him

again.

This buttface didn't even know me 20 years ago. He is using information that

his

attorneys ask questions about during one of the three depositions!

My past has nothing to do with this house. It was a spec house, I bought it.

He didn't

even know me before I bought it!

I live in a small town. Funny thing, he banks the same place I do. His hot

headedness

probably helped me and he didn't even know it. He screams at the girls handling

his

loans. They hate him.
