Hi Liz,

Ah, supermarkets.... my 52 year old Aspie has trouble too - the noise, the

space, the overhead lighting. Meltdown waiting to happen. Or an excuse to stay

in the car (hmmmm)?

Thank you for the book suggestion, that sounds just the ticket. I've ordered it

from our library, much appreciated.

I dont know if this will help, but I wrote the attached for people who have

Tourette children (they meltdown too). It might help a little... or you might

feel at least things are not so bad after all!
