Guest guest
and Sandie and all the rest of us "exercised challenged" people. I have been in pulmonary rehab and am now in physical therapy (for arthritis painm) and really try to push myself as much as I can. But I find shopping, doing laundry, or fixing a meal to be challenges that cause me to have to sit or lay down to rest. If I can rest, I can then keep going. After dinner, I am usually in bed resting after 6 p.m. It is really hard for others to understand. If they could be in my body for five minutes, it would be clear. It is a battle, but just accepting that you have a chronic illness is a big part of the battle. Not to say you just lay down and give up, but accept your limitations and give yourself a break and give yourself every treat and advantage you can. One of the winners, MarilynIt's Tax Time!
